Booking Terms

1. General Overview

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Coral Mountain Travel Services & Trading Co., Ltd. (operating as "Phu Quoc Water Bus"). By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will be honored at the reserved rate.

• • Full payment is required to guarantee your reservation unless otherwise arranged with our concierge.
• • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
• • Any bank fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the guest.

3. Health, Age & Mobility Requirements

Guests must ensure they are medically and physically fit for travel on small watercraft and for participating in water-based activities like snorkeling. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest whose health or physical condition may compromise their own safety or the safety of others on board, without refund. Pregnant guests should consult their physician before booking.

4. Liability & Insurance

While we adhere to the strictest safety standards, marine travel carries inherent risks. Coral Mountain Travel Services & Trading Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death arising from participation in our journeys, except where resulting from our gross negligence. We strongly recommend that all guests hold valid comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses and water activities.

5. Environmental Responsibility

We operate in delicate marine ecosystems. All guests are expected to respect the environment. The removal of coral, shells, or marine life is strictly prohibited by law. Guests must adhere to our "Reef Safe" guidelines and follow the instructions of our guides regarding environmental interaction.

6. Right to Alter Itineraries

We reserve the right to alter routes, itineraries, or vessel assignments based on weather, tides, mechanical requirements, or other operational necessities. Such alterations do not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.
