    We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our standard cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while allowing us to manage our fleet effectively.

    2. Weather & Sea Conditions

    Your safety is our absolute priority. Operations may be suspended or altered due to adverse weather or sea conditions. In the event that Coral Mountain Travel Services & Trading Co., Ltd. must cancel a journey for safety reasons, you will be offered:

    • • The option to reschedule to another available date/time
    • • A full 100% refund of any payments made

    3. Private Charters

    For full boat private charters, different cancellation policies apply. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to departure for a full refund. Cancellations between 3-7 days will incur a 50% fee. Charters canceled less than 72 hours prior to departure are non-refundable.

    4. Processing Refunds

    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

    5. How to Cancel

    All cancellation requests must be submitted directly to our reservations team via email at booking@phuquocwaterbus.com or via our official WhatsApp channel. The timestamp of the written communication will be used to determine the applicable refund tier.
